Shipping & Refund

*1. Returns*
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

*2. Refunds 
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

*3. Late or missing refunds 
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

*4. Sale items 
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

*5. Exchanges

*6. Shipping*

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.---

- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. Please note that shipping times can vary significantly depending on the destination.
- Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

*3. Order Processing Time*
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

*4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking*
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

*5. Damages*
- We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

*6. Returns & Refunds for International Orders*
- The same return policy applies to international orders. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If a shipment is damaged and it's the fault of the seller, we will refund the customer for shipping or offer to send a replacement free of charge⁴.
